The convenience of an automatic labeling process at Bostik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, Bostik implemented the <\/a> Quinso Manufacturing Execution System (QMES<\/a>). To make the production process even faster, more flexible, and more accurate, they moved to integrating Loftware with SAP MII. Karin Lokers of Bostik explains the benefits of this integration: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Karin: \u201cI think Loftware is fantastic! It\u2019s so much easier now to design a label than it was in SAP. Thanks to the integration with SAP MII, all the correct information appears on the label with just one click. This ensures our products receive the right triggers at the right moment in the production process. For example, after testing the product, the results from MII are used to determine which label the sample receives. Another advantage is that label designers can easily make adjustments thanks to the Loftware Control Center.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, we want to start using the web application so that we can also print labels manually using a standard design and a few input fields. A final step will be the integration of Loftware into the packaging line, whereby the pallet labels\u2014which currently still come from SAP\u2014will be replaced by MII-Loftware.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
