This week our annual ski trip is once again scheduled. With 43 colleagues we are leaving for Ischgl for a few beautiful days in the snow.
This year, this trip takes on added significance thanks to our partnership with Spines.
Spines develops back protectors for intense sports, such as skiing and snowboarding. Every back protector sold also contributes to research into spinal cord injury. The initiative was founded by Menno Streefland, who himself suffered a spinal cord injury while skiing. From that personal experience, he is now committed to raising awareness, better protection and more research.
For Quinso, this collaboration feels very logical. We find it important that colleagues not only enjoy going on the road together, but are also safe on the road. Especially during a trip like this, where sportsmanship, relaxation and team spirit come together, we also want to pay attention to protection and responsibility.
In addition, initiatives like Spines’ appeal to us because they go beyond just the product. They are not only about safety on the slopes, but also about making a real impact. That suits how we as Quinso like to work together: involved, aware and with an eye for each other.
An extraordinary initiative with an important purpose, and exactly the kind of impact Quinso likes to commit to.
