A few weeks ago we shared photos of a celebratory lunch by Hubert Wezenberg, Jan Tielemans, Dick Verburg, Rogier Leijsen and Niek Geene. We announced that they were reflecting together on a special moment.
Fifteen years ago, Hubert, Jan and Dick joined forces to start Quinso. What began with a shared ambition has grown into a solid foundation: a healthy company with more than 50 consultants, a strong culture and a clear mission. Quinso is all about growing together, delivering and, above all, having fun in what we do.
Over the past 15 years, under the leadership of Hubert, Jan and Dick, Quinso has helped countless organizations, large and small, digitize their processes and make their organization smarter and more efficient.
Now a new chapter begins. Jan and Hubert are handing over “the keys. Dick continues to lead Quinso and is joined by two familiar faces: Niek and Rogier. Niek, once Quinso’s very first employee, now becomes a partner. And Rogier, who has also been a fixture within Quinso for years, also joins in this role.
Jan and Hubert do not disappear from the picture as a result. On the contrary. Hubert remains commercially active, because building and maintaining relationships runs in his blood. Jan focuses on what gives him the most energy: helping clients further with beautiful projects. Both will also remain a valuable sounding board for the new partners.
