Together with the team, we kicked off the year with one clear theme: Change & Adapt.
The role of consultants is changing. Technology is developing at lightning speed, and AI is taking on an increasing role within the SAP suite. This requires something of organizations, and therefore of us. Project approaches change, knowledge changes and expectations change. We move with that.
In the coming years, we will make targeted investments in the development of our consultants to prepare them for this change.
Our “7 summits” symbolized the ambition: to get to the top together and to keep tapping that level. In the office there were little flags like those you see at a base camp during mountain climbs. A visible symbol of our journey up.
With an inspiring story by Arnaud de Wilde about his expedition to Antarctica, it became clear how important a strong base camp is and how you can grow from there to the advanced camp and then maintain that level. That is exactly the role we want to play for our clients: a stable base and the guidance to keep performing at the highest level.
We closed with predictions for 2026. One question lingered:
