Last week we gathered with the team for our quarterly meeting. A good time to look back on Q4, reflect on great milestones and look ahead to what’s in store this year.
In the process, we celebrated several special anniversaries. Andy Zijlmans and Roel Reimink are 5 years in service, and Lonneke Van Bockel, Sander V. and Stefan van Gils even 10 years. Beautiful milestones that we are proud of!
In addition, we shared broader company updates and looked ahead to this year’s activities. For example, the ski event is back on the schedule and many colleagues have already signed up. The summer event is in the works.
There were also great updates from Sales & Marketing, including a focus on President Safety’s success story.
Products & Innovations presented the new format of our quarterly meetings. Starting with the next edition, interactive knowledge sessions will have a larger role, so that we as a team will continuously keep up with the latest techniques and developments within the SAP world.
In doing so, we also give substance to the theme of our kick-off this year: Adapt & Change. By actively sharing knowledge, learning from each other and looking ahead together, we ensure that we continue to develop in a world that is constantly changing.
